Josh Brothers and Dominic Noe Co-Champions at Riley’s

Mezz Pro-Am Tour made its way to Rileys Concord Billiards in Boothwyn PA on Sunday March 28, 2010. A field of 41 players came out to play players like: Josh Brothers, Dominic Noe, Joey Testa, Eddie Abraham, Matt Krah, Brandon Slualis, Adam Kielar, Denise Reeve, Bob Burt, and Marty Ciccia to name a few.

Leading the top half of the bracket was Dominic Noe with wins over Bruce Nagle 7-4, William McWilliams 7-4, Joey Testa 7-4 and Brandon Slualis 7-6. Leading the bottom half of the bracket was Bob Burt with wins over Shawn Mankovich 7-1, Abdellatif Chamseddine 7-5, Todd March 7-3 and Marty Ciccia 7-5.

Playing for the hot seat was Dominic Noe Vs Bob Burt this was a good match with Noe being down 4-1 to come back to win the match 7-4 sending Bob Burt to the one lost side. The big story was Josh Brothers after losing to Brandon Slualis 7-5, Brothers went on a winning streak beating Adam Kielar 7-3, Joey Testa 7-5, Marty Ciccia 7-6, Brandon Slualis 7-2 and Bob Burt 7-0 to get to the Finals.

In the finals it was Josh Brothers Vs Dominic Noe both players decided to be co-champions, I would like to thank all the players that came out and Mezz Cue for their ongoing support.



Shaun Wilkie Takes the Last Shot at Q-Ball

Mezz Pro-Am Tour made is way to Q-Ball Billiards in Vineland NJ on Sunday March 14, 2010. A Strong field came out to play, players like Shaun Wilkie, Matt Krah,Adam Kielar, Joey Testa, Eddie Abraham, Victor Nau, Denise Reeve, to name a few.

Leading the top half of the bracket was Matt Krah with wins over Bob Giandomenico 7-2, Matt Douglas 7-5 Jose Burgos 7-0, and Eddie Tiabi 7-6. Leading the bottom half of the bracket was Shaun Wilkie with wins over Jay Paranich 7-4, Nicholas Jankowski 7-2, Victor Nau 7-5 and Bruce Nagle 7-1.

Playing for the hot seat was Matt Krah VS Shaun Wilkie this was a great match with Shaun Wilkie pulling away late in the match to win 7-4 sending Krah to the one lose side. Waiting for Matt Krah on the one lost side was Joey Testa this was also a good match but when it was all said and done it was Matt Krah walking away with the victory 7-5 to get to the finals.

In the finals it was Matt Krah VS Shaun Wilkie, Krah has to beat Wilkie twice to win the event. But the day belonged to Shaun Wilkie Winning the first set 7-4 to win the event. I would like to thank the players came out to play and all the sponsors.



Adam Kielar Takes Maine Line

Stop #3: Adam Kielar Takes Maine Line
The Mezz Pro-Am Tour made its way to Maine Line Billiards in Frazer PA on Sunday March 7th a strong field of 41 came out to play, players like Adam Kielar, Eddie Abraham , Shaun Wilkie, Joe Hong, Gregg McAndrews,
Caroline Pao, and Sharon O’Hanlon.

Leading the top half of the bracket was young Adam Kielar with wins over Lou Patrikios 7-1, Sharon O’Hanlon 7-2, Ray Lee 7-4, Josh Brothers 7-4, and Gregg McAndrews 7-3 . Leading the bottom half of the bracket was Shaun Wilkie with wins over Tom Bow 7-1, Michael Praseutsy 7-0, Dan Zetts 7-1, VJ Mcglone 7-3 and Joe Hong 7-2.

Playing for the hot seat it was Adam Kielar Vs Shaun Wilkie this was a great match that went hill hill but when it all said and done it was Adam “the stealer” Kielar winning on the hill 7-6 to get the hot seat and sending Shaun Wilkie to the one lost side. Waiting for Shaun Wilkie on the on lost side was Eddie Abraham, this was a one sided
match with Abraham running away with the match from the start winning
easily 6-2 to get to the finals.

In the finals it was Eddie Abraham VS Adam Kielar, Abraham has to beat Kielar twice to win the event but it was all Kielar winning easily 7-3 to win the event and his first Mezz tour stop.
